It makes everyone feel like a burden, when you are feeling Anxiety at the same you don’t want to text any of best friends, even though you are dying to hang out with them.
At this same you are worried about they won’t want anything to do with you, You will be not able to walk over and say to your crush “Hello”.
You try to tempt to make a move because you are worried they might look at you funny.
Even you don’t wish to walk up to the cashier because you are worried about bothering them.
You may get anxious because in every single moment you are worried about making fool of yourself, you are scared of socializing, you will not stumble over your words and your two feet.
Suppose at the time when it comes down to it, the thing you are worried about it is being judged, being rejected, being looked at like you are an outsider, being told that you are not good enough like you are unwanted, and even like you don’t belong.
It will automatically trick you into feeling unloved, it will make you feel that you are the only one who cares more in every relationship.
The very bad thing is that it will make you wonder whether your best friends secretly hate you, in reality, they have never ever given you any indication of such a stupid thing.
“Whenever someone is nice to you, it feels like a trick. Whenever someone glances at you, it feels like they are judging. Whenever you leave the house, it feels like a challenge.”
It tricks you into feeling meaningless; It will make you to feel like you don’t have the right voice towards your opinion.
I am going to give you an example like whatever you have to say in your daily life doesn’t make a difference and no one wants to hear from you.
When you are feeling Anxiety the biggest example is you think twice before you speak, the reason is you are worried about saying the wrong words, At the time you are going to open your mouth, the conversation has already ended.
You have lost your chance to speak, you feel like you are alone, like you are watching through a window.
It will make you feel unappreciated, you think that no one notices the hard work you have been putting into your work and your relationships. You feel that no one cares about you the stress you have been under.
The bad part of anxiety is feeling like you are unloved, unimportant, and even unappreciated by your family, friends, and collogues.
One thing you should keep in mind that your anxiety is playing tricks on you, the horrible things you have been thinking other individuals are thinking aren’t true.
No one is focusing you as harshly as you have been focusing yourself, No one could hate you as much as you hate your anxiety.
