Study Finds That Kids Dream of Becoming a Professional YouTubers Rather Than Astronauts
A recent study shows that today’s kids are most likely to chose a career as a YouTuber rather than an astronaut.
Lego a toy production company, which has surveyed over 3,000 kids between the ages of 8 to 12 from the U.S, U.K and China, as well as 326 parents who had children aged between 5 and 12.
Third of these kids who were surveyed said they wanted to be an Professional YouTuber when they grew up, while 11% of which said they wanted to be an astronaut.
However, these responses depends on the children were they belongs to.
Half of these surveyed children from China said they wanted to be an astronaut, making it the most popular career.
But, as for as U.S and U.K kids are concerned that number fell to 10%, with vlogger (video blogger) or in simple words YouTuber ranked as the top aspiration in both countries.
