PEMRA Bans Waqar Zaka’s Show (Champion)
(PEMRA) Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority and Islamabad High Court have recently banned a reality Television show on Bol Entertainment (Champions).
According to Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority, the reality television show has been banned due to ‘Offensive towards social, religious and cultural values of Pakistan’. The host of channel Mr. Waqar Zaka has not yet responded to the matter.

The champion has contestants that are auditioned and then selected to live together in a controlled space.

Except they also have to complete a series of physical and mental tasks while they are there and the contestants are eliminated weekly until one champion remains.
