There are similar faces from 2017 who were remain in the list but there is the only Pakistani who is in 2018 list. He is the Co-founder of Careem “Mudassir Sheikha”.
Mudasir Sheikha who is the CEO of the ride-hailing service which is listed in the technology and science category of the Bloomberg50 list.
Sheikha is the first and only in the category of Technology and science from Middle East but if we talk about the overall category so he is the Second from Middle East. Saudi crown prince Mohammed bin Salman was the first personality from the region to be named in the list last year.
Sheikha’s success of the six years old company with more than 1 million drivers in the Mideast and north Africa, giving the facility of all type of customers by providing bikes, golf carts, rickshaws, boats and cars. The variety of the traveling services for each gender made it so famous and attractive potential purchase for Uber technologies Inc.
It is a proud moment for all the Pakistani as the Karachi born is feature into Bloomberg 50 list. It really makes us proud when people like Sheikha is dominating in the world with their ideas and making Pakistan more safer and positive in the world with so much talent.
