Amazingly, the lack of GMS (Google Mobile Services) has not affected Huawei’s sales and it is closer than ever to achieving the world’s top manufacturer place.
The company is trying to work hard to fill the void that has been build due to the whole United State-Chine trade ban fiasco.
Recently the Chinese giant conducted the India chapter of its developer day newly;
Where the Company’s country chief addressed the Google Mobile Services problem.
Previously the company announced that it will be investing $1 billion worldwide as part of its HMS (Huawei Mobile Services) developer integration program.
The aim of Huawei is to replace every single apps and APIs that are a part of Google Mobile Services explaining how the company plans to tackle the whole situation.
Charles Peng the Chinese Giant’s country chief in an interview with Economic Times said:
We have our own HMS [Huawei Mobile Services – ed] and are trying to build a mobile ecosystem. Most of the key apps such as navigation, payments, gaming and messaging will be ready by December end. We are focusing on how to work with developers to offer a good customer experience.
It is a challenge that we are trying to address. In every country, we will focus on bringing top 100-150 apps to customers through HMS. We will create an end to end business model with developers, content and service providers. We will provide value to them.
It is clear that Huawei is working very hard toward bringing the world the best services to its customers.

Yet, we are unsure how Huawei will manage to replace YouTube, Gmail, and Maps.
It sounds very challenging while developing a YouTube, Gmail, and Maps replacement and convincing every individual to use it.
