Scammers often hide behind the veil of professionalism, and Muhammad Hamza from Codesterra (https://codesterra.com/) is no exception. After finding his profile on Codester (https://www.codester.com/Codem485), I approached him on WhatsApp (+92 309 3131323) for a project that required a WordPress signature generator. My request was clear: no APIs or third-party integrations. Hamza assured me he could deliver, so I paid him 7,500 PKR upfront.
However, when I inspected the finished work, I discovered that every feature had been iframed or embedded from third-party services, violating the agreement. When I asked him how I could make adjustments in the future without using APIs, he claimed it was impossible, despite previously agreeing not to use them.
It became obvious that I had been deceived. Muhammad Hamza had no intention of delivering a custom solution and instead used cheap shortcuts to get the job done. Despite my request for a refund, he refused, leaving me with an unusable product and a lighter wallet.
I am sharing this experience to prevent others from falling into the same trap. Codesterra and Muhammad Hamza are running a scam operation, misleading clients and failing to deliver on their promises. Avoid them at all costs.
